In 2019, Cabo Del Sol launched an ambitious new vision for the future of the storied master-planned development. This included the development of a new private club and community, a new luxury resort and a complete makeover of the brand. Present was engaged to lead the brand development, creating distinct identities for each element and supporting the needs of Cabo Del Sol’s marketing and operations teams.

Branding for Cabo Del Sol is a modernized interpretation of the master-planned community’s iconic logo originally developed in the 1980s. The messaging breathes fresh, new life into the brand while paying homage to its legacy and heritage.

Cove Club’s branding infuses elements of Cabo Del Sol’s with the club’s own distinctive energy and personality to create a look and feel all its own. Likewise, our team worked closely with Four Seasons to ensure the brands of the club and resort were cohesive and complementary.

Today, Present actively assists Cabo Del Sol as the club continues to refine its brand identity. Our team is engaged, developing digital marketing and club communications platforms and providing support to the real estate, culinary and member services teams.
